State Farm sent me to Enterprise Rent-A-Car they said they would pay for everything after their client rear-ended me damaged my car and severely injured my back. I thought I could trust them and Enterprise Rent-A-Car they fast talked me hustled me at Enterprise saying that there would only be $100 deposit they put everything on a tablet and only handed it to me when something needed signed. I thought I could trust them I now see that $325.99 is missing out of my account and they're saying that I signed some accident waiver form this was not clearly communicated with me it is possible State Farm is working with Enterprise to get victims to pay for the rental car I was clearly scammed. I was not at fault in this accident and now I'm down $325.99 as of now because of their their clients careless driving while under the influence. I now have to take another day off work to try to clear this up I am already suffering and possibly may lose my job because of my back and all the runaround I have to do because of State Farm.

Such a great experience with this agency. Iβve worked in the insurance business for 8 years so Iβm a tough critic. Brittany did a great job with my quote - she was quick and explained everything well. The price was really competitive! Katrina also provides great service. Happy to work with this agency. Thanks ladies!
